Sweet Potato Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. oil
3 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 tsp. cake spice
3 c. self-rising flour

Preparation

Mix oil and sugar.
Mixing after each, add eggs, sweet potatoes, flour and spice.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Will make 2 to 3 loaves.
