Working Mom Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 brisket
    garlic salt
Preparation
    Sprinkle both sides of frozen brisket with the garlic salt. Place in turkey-sized baking bag.
    Place in open roast pan.
    Prick top of bag 4 or 5 times.
    Before you go to bed, place in a 250\u00b0 oven.
    Next morning, remove and trim.
    Refrigerate until supper time.
