Church Supper Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. wide noodles
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 c. tomato sauce (two 8 oz. cans)
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. small curd cottage cheese
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. chopped ripe olives
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Cook noodles in salt water; drain.
    In a large skillet, melt butter and brown meat.
    Add 1 teaspoon salt.
    Stir in tomato sauce, flour and Worcestershire sauce.
    Simmer 10 minutes.
    Mix together the cottage cheese, sour cream, salt, onion, green pepper and olives.
    Put 1/2 noodles in casserole.
    Spread on cottage cheese mixture.
    Top with remaining noodles; cover with remaining ground beef mixture.
    Bake for 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
    Serves 10.
