Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 head cabbage, chopped in large pieces
    3 Tbsp. seasoned bread crumbs
    1 (16 oz.) can plum tomatoes, chopped
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1 shallot, chopped
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Steam cabbage until tender, but crisp; drain.
    Mix shallot, garlic, bread crumbs and cheese.
    In baking pan, layer cabbage, tomatoes and then bread crumb mixture.
    Repeat to make one more layer.
    Drizzle olive oil over the top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
