Asparagus Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    25 slices white bread (remove crust)
    3 oz. Bleu cheese
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 egg, well beaten
    14 1/2 oz. can asparagus, drained
    1 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Flatten bread with rolling pin.
    Combine cheeses and egg in small bowl; mix well.
    Spread evenly on bread, covering to edge. Lay a piece of asparagus on each slice of bread.
    Roll up tightly; secure with 3 toothpicks.
    Dip in melted butter.
    Put on baking sheet.
    Freeze.
    When ready to serve, thaw slightly.
    Slice in 3 equal pieces.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Serve hot.
    Makes 60 pieces.
