Easy Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/4 lb. margarine (1 stick)
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. flour (unsifted)
1 tsp. baking powder
pinch of salt
2 eggs

Preparation

Cream together margarine and sugar.
Mix or use medium speed on electric mixer the flour, baking powder, salt and eggs.
Grease and flour a square pan.
Pour batter in the bottom of pan.
Top with sliced apples.
Sprinkle with a small amount of flour and sugar/cinnamon
mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 45 minutes.
