Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. sugar
2/3 c. pumpkin
3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Pour in well-greased, floured cookie sheet.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Sprinkle a clean towel with powdered sugar.
Flip hot cake out on towel.
Roll up towel in jelly roll fashion and let cool.
