Hummingbird Cake(For My Husband) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
    1 c. chopped pecans
    2 c. chopped bananas
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine all dry ingredients in large mixing bowl.
    Make a well in mixture and add Wesson oil and beaten eggs.
    Stir by hand; batter will be stiff.
    Add all other ingredients and mix well. Pour into 2 greased and floured cake pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
