Crispy Potato Wedges - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes, cut into large wedges
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2 cloves garlic, minced
Preparation
    Place in large bowl; add cold water to cover.
    Let stand for 15 minutes.
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Spray a nonstick baking sheet with cooking spray.
    Set aside.
    Dry potatoes with paper towels. Transfer potatoes to a clean large towel.
    Sprinkle with oil, pepper and salt; toss gently to combine, then arrange on prepared cooking sheet.
    Bake for 20 minutes.
    Turn potatoes and sprinkle with garlic.
    Bake until golden.
    Turn as needed for even browning.
    Serve immediately.
