Brownie Cupcakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. sugar
1 c. flour
4 eggs, whipped together
2 sticks oleo
4 sq. semi-sweet chocolate
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Mix together sugar and flour. Blend eggs into mixture. Melt oleo and chocolate. Use whisk, not beater. Add chocolate and oleo to first 3 ingredients. Stir in vanilla and nuts. Use foil cup liners on cookie sheet and spray with Pam. Fill 1/2 full. Makes 22 to 24. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 22 minutes (cracks on top like brownies). Don't overbake.
