Salmon Surprise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can salmon, drained (reserve liquid)
    1/2 c. cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs
    1/4 c. ketchup
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Drain liquid from salmon into measuring cup and add water to make 1/2 cup liquid.
    Flake salmon.
    Remove skin and bones.
    Combine fish with liquid, undiluted soup, bread crumbs, ketchup and eggs.
    Spoon into 6 well-greased custard cups. Bake 35 minutes.
    Unmold.
    Combine 1 tablespoon milk with 2 tablespoons dry sherry and remaining soup.
    Heat.
    Spoon over salmon.
    Garnish with parsley.
