Sherried Beef(For Crock-Pot) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. stew meat
    2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans mushroom soup
    1 envelope dry onion soup mix
    1 small onion or onion flakes
    3/4 c. cooking sherry
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/2 c. sliced mushrooms or small can
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and put in crock-pot on low for 10 to 12 hours.
    Serve over cooked rice and with a vegetable.
