Broccoli And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. Minute rice (uncooked)
Preparation
    Cook
    broccoli
    according
    to directions on package and drain. Combine
    other ingredients and pour mixture in greased casserole and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake 40 to 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Double recipe for 9 x 13-inch pan.
