One Pan Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. vegetable oil
1 c. canned pumpkin
3 eggs
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 c. raisins
2 1/3 c. Bisquick
Preparation

Heat oven 350\u00b0.
Generously grease bottom of loaf pan (9 x 5 x 3-inch).
Stir all ingredients except raisins with fork until moistened.
Beat vigorously one minute.
Stir in raisins.
Bake until wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Take butter knife and go around sides of loaf pan to loosen to take out of pan.
