German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. bacon
    salt
    pepper
    2/3 c. water
    1/3 c. vinegar
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    potatoes, red, peeled, cooked, and sliced thin
    chopped green onion
Preparation
    Cube bacon and brown in skillet.
    Do not drain.
    Add flour and sugar; stir.
    Add water and vinegar and cook until thick.
    Pour over potatoes.
    You will have to judge how much sauce needed for quantity of potatoes.
    Recipe makes one cup.
