Chili Rellenos Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 small cans whole green chilies
Jack cheese
shredded Cheddar cheese
5 eggs
1/4 c. flour
1 1/4 c. milk
4 drops Tabasco sauce
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Stuff green chilies with Jack cheese.
Layer in a greased baking dish, sprinkling each layer with shredded Cheddar cheese. Sprinkle with paprika.
In a bowl, beat eggs until smooth; slowly add flour and mix until smooth.
Add milk and Tabasco sauce.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Pour over chilies and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
