Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. sliced zucchini
3 large sliced tomatoes
9 to 10 slices bacon, fried
6 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
2 Tbsp. green pepper
12 saltine crackers, crumbled
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook zucchini for 10 minutes; drain.
Add remaining ingredients, except bacon, cheese and crackers.
Cook, covered, 5 minutes.
Add crumbled bacon, grated cheese and crushed saltines to mixture.
Toss.
Place in casserole dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
