Easiest Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 (28 oz.) mincemeat
    1 (14 oz.) Eagle Brand
    2 c. chopped mix fruit
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1/4 c. light corn syrup
    1 Tbsp. hot water
Preparation
    Sift together flour and baking powder.
    In large bowl, combine eggs, mincemeat, condensed milk, candied fruits and nuts.
    Blend in sifted dry ingredients.
    Pour into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour and 50 minutes.
    Let cool in pan.
