Shrimp Rice Curry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage meat
    2 lb. shrimp, cleaned and deveined
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 c. onions, chopped
    2 c. cooked rice
    2 Tbsp. curry powder (hot or mild)
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Saute sausage meat until cooked.
    Take sausage meat out of grease.
    Pour off most of grease, then saute onions and celery. Add shrimp; cook until well done.
    Add this to 2 cups cooked rice and add curry powder and salt, if needed.
    Mix well.
    Serves 6.
