Dutch Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pie shell
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. heavy cream or sour cream
    1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    cooking apples
Preparation
    Line pie tin with pastry.
    Fill with finely diced cooking apples.
    Mix together flour, cloves, sugar and cream.
    Mix well and pour over apples.
    Mix sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over all.
    Bake in hot oven 10 minutes at 400\u00b0 to 450\u00b0.
    Reduce heat . Bake until top is brown and apples are tender.
