Garlic Skillet Potatoes - cooking recipe

2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
4 large red potatoes, cut into thin wedges
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 1/4 tsp. garlic powder with parsley
1 tsp. seasoned salt
3/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. sugar
chopped fresh parsley
Preparation

In a large skillet, heat oil. Add potatoes, onion and garlic powder with parsley, seasoned salt, pepper and sugar and cook, uncovered, over medium heat 25 to 30 minutes, until potatoes are tender and browned. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve with steak, scrambled or omelets.
