Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage
    1 pt. canned salmon
    2 c. crushed saltines
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Combine sausage, salmon, crackers and onions; combine milk and eggs.
    Add to salmon mixture.
    Add salt and pepper; mix gently. Place in an 8-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Yield: 8 servings.
