Spiced Cocoa Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. nonfat dry milk powder
    1/2 c. powdered nondairy creamer
    1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
    1/3 c. sifted powdered sugar
    3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
    boiling water
    instant coffee crystals (optional)
    coffee liqueur (optional)
    stick cinnamon (optional)
Preparation
    Combine the milk powder, nondairy creamer, unsweetened cocoa powder, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg; mix thoroughly.
    For each serving, combine 1/3 cup cocoa mix and 3/4 cup boiling water in a mug.
    Optional:
    Stir 1 teaspoon coffee crystals or 1 to 2 tablespoons liqueur into each serving with a cinnamon stick.
    Makes 2 3/4 cups mix (eight 6 ounce servings).
