Herbal Lime Chicken(Yield: 12 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 oz. reduced-sodium soy sauce
    3 egg whites
    12 (8 oz. each) chicken breast halves with wings
    1/4 tsp. each dried marjoram and sage
    1/4 tsp. each dried thyme and rosemary
    3 limes, halved
    12 mint sprigs
Preparation
    Combine soy sauce and egg whites; brush on chicken and place on baking sheet, skin side up.
    Combine marjoram, sage, thyme and rosemary; sprinkle over chicken.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
    Squeeze limes over chicken; garnish with mint.
    Serve hot.
