Italian Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground meat
    2 eggs
    4 slices stale bread, crumbled
    1 1/2 Tbsp. parsley
    3/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    12 Tbsp. imported Locatelli cheese (Romano may be substituted)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well (best if done with hands).
    Shape meatballs into desired size (2-inches in diameter).
    Fry in saucepan, turning until browned on all sides.*
    When meatballs are done and sauce has begun to cook on low, add meatballs.
    Cook at least 2 hours.
