Pineapple Cheese Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    1/4 c. cold water
    1 c. crushed pineapple
    1/2 c. grated American cheese
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. hot water
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. cream
Preparation
    Soften gelatin in cold water.
    Add sugar and hot water.
    Stir. Add lemon juice and pineapple; cool.
    When it begins to thicken, beat in cheese and cream, which has been whipped.
    Pour in mold and refrigerate.
