Fluffy Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/3 c. water
1 Tbsp. light corn syrup
1 egg white
1/4 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Bring sugar, cream of tartar, salt, corn syrup and water to boil.
Cook until sugar dissolves.
Add to unbeaten egg white, beating constantly with mixer until frosting is of spreading consistency.
Add vanilla.
Do not use plastic bowl.
