Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork loin or rib chops (about 3/4-inch thick)
    salt
    1/4 c. onion, chopped fine
    1/2 tsp. or so lemon juice
    1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
    1/4 c. catsup
Preparation
    Sprinkle both sides of pork chops with salt.
    Place in ungreased shallow baking pan or dish.
    Mix remaining 4 ingredients and spoon over chops.
    Cover and cook in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    Uncover and cook, spooning sauce onto pork chops occasionally, until done, about 30 minutes longer.
    I use this sauce when I grill chops also.
    Just leave enough sauce for when you turn them.
    Or, use a cooking bag in the oven and leave it until they're done.
