Rhubarb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    3/4 c. white sugar
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. sour milk
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. fresh rhubarb, cut fine
    1/2 c. sugar, mixed with 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Cream together the margarine, brown sugar, white sugar, egg and vanilla. Add the sour milk, soda, salt, flour and rhubarb. Spread in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Top with the mixed sugar and cinnamon.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
