1 c. self-rising corn meal
1/2 c. self-rising flour
2 eggs
1 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. oil
1 can cream-style corn
1 large onion, grated
1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 pod Galpone Mexican pepper, cut in small pieces
Preparation
