Creamy Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small head cabbage, cored and finely shredded
    2 carrots, peeled and grated
    1/2 small onion, finely chopped
    1 to 2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
    1/4 c. sugar or to taste
    1 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. yellow mustard
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Toss the cabbage, carrots and onion with the vinegar, sugar and cayenne. Add the mayonnaise and mustard. Adjust the consistency with additional mayonnaise if desired. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Cover and chill before serving.
