Stir-Fry Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium sized potato
    butter or margarine
    chili powder
    black pepper
    onion powder
    garlic powder
    salt
Preparation
    Peel and dice potato.
    Stir in butter or margarine.
    Season to taste with generous sprinklings of seasonings.
    Cook until golden brown.
    Makes 1 serving.
