Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
4 tsp. Sweet 'N Low (brown)
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg, well blended
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream butter with Sweet 'N Low until light and fluffy.
Add egg; beat until light and fluffy again.
Fold flour thoroughly into creamed mixture.
Stir in walnuts and vanilla.
Shape into long roll, 1 1/2 inches in diameter.
Wrap in wax paper.
Chill at least overnight.
The longer you chill, the better the cookies.
