Ingredients

1 c. butter or margarine, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. packed brown sugar
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate instant pudding mix
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
3 1/3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3 c. chocolate chips
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Cream butter, sugar, brown sugar, pudding mix and vanilla in a large bowl.
Beat until smooth and creamy.
Beat in eggs.
Add mixture of flour and baking powder gradually, mixing well after each addition.
Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
