Marinated Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    25 fresh mushrooms
    1 hard-cooked egg yolk, mashed
    1/3 c. malt vinegar
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 tsp. chopped parsley
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients except mushrooms.
    Bring to a boil and add mushrooms.
    Cook 5 to 6 minutes.
    Refrigerate and marinate overnight.
