Restuffed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 large baking potatoes
1/2 c. butter
2 to 4 c. sour cream
3/4 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
4 green onions (including tops), chopped
salt and pepper to taste
paprika
Preparation

Bake potatoes at 375\u00b0
until done (about 60 minutes).
Melt butter in a skillet.
Cut potatoes in half lengthwise and spoon pulp into skillet.
Mash potatoes and mix butter, using a fork. Add enough sour cream to make a moist, but not runny, mixture. Add bacon, cheese, onions, salt and pepper to taste.
Scoop mixture back into potato shell.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Place on baking sheet and bake at 350\u00b0
for 45 minutes.
