Quesadillas Esteban - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. salsa
12 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
1 to 4 jalapeno peppers, minced
1 small onion
fresh cilantro, chopped
12 (8-inch) flour tortillas
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except tortillas.
Heat tortillas individually in skillet (just heat, turn and remove from skillet). Spread ingredients evenly on heated tortilla.
Cover with another tortilla, making tortilla sandwich.
Stack on top of each other, cover with foil and bake at 275\u00b0 to 300\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until cheese melts.
Cut each quesadilla into 6 wedges.
