Garlic Roasted Potato Wedges - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large red potatoes
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. minced fresh garlic or garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Cut potatoes in wedges (with jacket on). Boil 8 to 12 minutes in a saucepan.
    Melt margarine (in a long baking dish); stir in remaining ingredients.
    Add potatoes; coat with margarine mixture on both sides.
    Bake 10 minutes; turn potatoes and bake 10 to 15 minutes longer or until lightly brown.
