One Dish Meal - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 medium onion
    1 c. frozen peas
    1 c. carrots
    1 c. celery
    1/4 c. rice
    1 c. potatoes
    2 to 3 cans tomatoes
Preparation
    Brown hamburger, then place in a 3-quart baking dish. Add cut up vegetables and uncooked rice.
    Add tomatoes. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours or until liquid is absorbed.
