Pound Cake Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Crisco
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. plain flour
    6 eggs
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. almond flavoring
    2 Tbsp. vanilla flavoring
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Grease and flour pan, loaf pan or tube pan.
    Sift flour before measuring.
    Put back in sifter with salt and sugar and sift together.
    Break eggs one at a time.
    Put eggs and flavoring together and beat.
    Beat Crisco and dry mixture.
    Add egg mixture; add eggs and beat well.
    Put in pan and cut through with spatula. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 hours.
    Test for doneness.
    Cool.
