Pan De Lote - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Bisquick
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    1 (8 oz.) can creamed corn
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
    1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
Preparation
    Mix together Bisquick, egg, milk, sugar, margarine and corn. Pour 1/2 of the mixture into a greased 2-quart casserole.
    Top with chilies and cheese.
    Pour remaining batter over top.
    Bake 35 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Great with chili or fried catfish.
