Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. canola oil
    1/2 c. (1 stick) Parkay margarine
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    2 3/4 c. flour
    4 to 6 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Cream shortening and sugar. Add eggs. Beat thoroughly.
    Add soda, salt and cream of tartar.
    Blend in. Gradually mix in flour.
