Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 flank steak (round or sirloin works)
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. sherry
    1 scant tsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    salt to taste
    2 to 3 green peppers
    4 Tbsp. oil or oleo
Preparation
    Cut steak into thirds lengthwise, then into 1/8-inch strips crosswise.
    (If slightly frozen, it slices better.) Put into bowl. Add next 5 ingredients and marinate at least 15 minutes (longer if possible).
    Stir 2 or 3 times during marinade process.
