Ritz Cracker Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 egg whites, beaten stiff
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    40 Ritz crackers, crushed fine (small box)
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Mix all together and pour into well-greased 9 x 12-inch pan. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes; cool.
    Spread with 1/2 gallon ice cream.
    Freeze at once.
