Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
10 Tbsp. water
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vinegar
3 1/2 c. plain flour
1 1/4 c. shortening
Preparation

Beat the egg, water and vinegar lightly.
Sift the flour and salt.
Mix shortening in flour until coarse.
Add the water mixture, a small amount at a time.
This makes a soft dough.
It will keep in the refrigerator for two weeks or longer.
