Potato And Onion Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 large potatoes
    5 medium onions
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    paprika
Preparation
    Wash and slice potatoes and onions approximately 1/4-inch thick.
    Place potatoes, partially overlapping them, in an oiled 13 x 9-inch baking pan; top with sliced onions.
    Pour melted margarine over all; sprinkle with crushed garlic, salt and pepper. Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 45 to 50 minutes, covered; sprinkle with paprika and bake for another 20 minutes (until browned and fork-tender).
