Green Chili Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. milk
1/2 stick margarine
8 oz. cream cheese
4 oz. can chopped green chilies
dash of garlic salt
3 cans shoepeg corn
grated cheddar cheese
Preparation

In a medium saucepan, over low heat, stir milk, margarine and cream cheese until melted and well blended. Stir in green chilies, garlic salt and corn. Pour into 8 X 11 1/2 inch baking dish. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 20 to 30 minutes or until cheese is brown and bubbly. Serve hot.
