Pasta Primavera - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. uncooked noodles (about 2 c.)
    1/3 c. thinly sliced celery (2 stalks)
    1/3 c. green beans (about 15 beans), cut into 1/2 pieces
    1/3 c. carrots, diced to 1/4-inch chunks
    1/3 c. red onion, sliced
    2 Tbsp. green pepper, cut into short strips
    1/2 tsp. basil leaves
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    dash of pepper
    1 tsp. oil
    1/3 c. frozen green peas
    1 tsp. flour
    1 tsp. margarine
    3/4 c. skim milk
Preparation
    Cook noodles according to package directions. Stir-fry fresh vegetables and seasonings in oil for 5 minutes.
    Add frozen peas. Cover and reduce heat for an additional 2 minutes until vegetables are tender but crisp.
    Set aside.
    Mix flour and margarine in frying pan and slowly add milk.
    Stir constantly and cook until thickened (the sauce will be thin). Stir sauce into noodles and add vegetables.
    Mix gently.
    Heat to serving temperature.
    Makes 4 servings.
    Can add white chicken meat.
