Ingredients

20 mushrooms, sliced and sauteed in olive oil
4 medium cloves garlic, diced
2 medium tomatoes, sliced very thin
3/4 c. chopped broccoli
1 large onion, diced
1 c. black olives
2 c. Mozzarella cheese for each pizza
any of your other favorite vegetables (eggplant, zucchini, spinach, peppers, etc.)
Preparation

Spread a thin coating of pizza sauce on the two shells. Arrange vegetables, sprinkle generously with fresh Parmesan cheese and oregano.
Bake in 400\u00b0 oven 25 minutes or until done.
