Zucchini Boats - cooking recipe
Ingredients

zucchini
1 to 2 onions, chopped
bacon
shredded cheese (Cheddar)
1 lb. ground beef
rice
tomato sauce
Preparation
-
Halve zucchini and hull insides.
Combine onion, beef, rice to fill and tomato sauce.
Cook bacon.
Fill boats with mixture. Place in baking dish.
Add more tomato sauce.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
Take out.
Place cheese and bacon atop.
Return to oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
